Attributes, Skills, and Assets

A villain is far more than a super power and a bad attitude. Many villains have no powers at all, and your system should allow players to improve their base attributes and skills (like Batman or Lex Luthor) rather than purchase super powers.

Evil High Students have additional traits that will need to be supplemented into your game system as appropriate.

These can be considered Assets, and can either be added as additional options during character creation if your system has room for it, or they can be written in as a separate attribute.

Each has a scale of quality, and players should not be able to max out more than one with their starting points (though power points can be converted back into assets at a generous ratio).

Unless your system can provide these traits in a different way, (Savage world edges for example), It is recommended players receive 5 Asset points to start.
