A Driver’s
License is a rare and wonderful thing for a teenager. Though a vehicle may be
relatively accessible to those with money, criminal training, and few moral
scruples, the skill at operating one only comes with practice and study. Only
players who purchase a driver’s license will be able to operate a vehicle, and
only vehicles obtained via the driver’s license asset will be consistent within
the game of Evil High. Purchase of a Driver’s License includes both the
license, and a car of quality stated below. Players use their Driver’s
Education Grade for drive related skill checks.
